Here is how it works:

We set up a Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads accounts for you. You let us know how much you want to spend each month. This number can be scaled up or down whenever you want.

You will want to turn on the forced registration on your website in order to capture the leads. 

Costs & Payment:

$100 Set Up for Each Campaign (1 campaign = 1 location) – If you have not advertised with Google before, you may qualify for a match of $100 in free clicks in the first 30 days.

$125/mo+ Management & Reporting (may vary depending upon the number of campaigns being managed)

You will pay Google and/or Microsoft directly for any traffic you receive on your credit card.

Commitment
Month to Month – You will have access to the accounts as long as you’re paying for management.

Facebook & Instagram Ads

How it works:

We’ll create a Facebook and Instagram Ads targeting people who have shown an interest in real estate and mortgages in the local marketplace.

If promoting a listing, traffic will be delivered to the individual property page on your personal website. If you want to run an ad that is area specific (rather than property specific), we will deliver the user to a relevant page on your website. For example, if you want people looking for homes within a 15 mile radius around Valencia, CA we’d take people to a page with relevant listings on your website.

Costs & Payment:

$125 – 1-time set up per client. This will give us time to gain proper access to your account and sent up an ads account if you do not already have one.

$125 – Price includes ad spend, and reporting ($75 goes to set up costs and $50 is used to promote the ad).  A credit card on file will be used to pay the publishers and our team.

How Many Leads Should You Expect?

That will depend on how many people are interested in learning more about the property being advertised. Obviously some properties will generate more interest than others.

Beyond just generating leads, this will also give you some additional brand exposure to buyers and sellers in the marketplace.

Sphere & Postcard Farming

How it works:

• Upload your list as a csv or excell file (click the Chose File button on this page). Must be formatted into different columns in the following order: Name | Street Address | City | State | Zip
• We will have postcards printed and mailed to your list each month.
• Postcards will follow a 12 month calendar plan.
• You will be sent a proof prior to printing.
• General topics include Selling, Buying, Investing, Holidays, Questions, Major Local Real Estate News.

Costs & Payment:

Pricing includes design, printing, and mailing.

• 250 (5.5 x 8.5) $504.50/mo.
• 500 (5 x 7) $455.06/mo.
• 1000 (5 x 7) $668.38/mo.
• 2500 (5 x 7) $1261.78/mo.
